The Meridien Estate Condominiums of Capitol Hill was exclusively listed with Amanda Davis, then of Windermere Real Estate-Utah. This ad was created for Salt Lake City Magazine as well Park City Magazine.
Copy was written for Pete Lane's Mountain Sports. Target was to advertise outdoor equipment rental with the perspective that "Pete" wasn't just a business, but an actual friend allowing the customer to borrow their equipment for the day's adventures. Published through PPBH Advertising.
A lot of real estate agents ask me how to get the higher priced listings and I tell them to advertise. Luxury home owners want Luxury a REALTOR®. Unfortunately print advertising price tags scare a lot of agents away and I cant argue with them on that point, but it does pay off. Marvin Jensen on the other hand is not like the average agent. He understands when a home needs more exposure and how to maintain his Luxury REALTOR® status. This advertisement is scheduled to run in the Salt Lake Tribune for two weekends in a row. Now let's just hope it's priced right!

I was inspired by one of the masters of vintage design, Henry Reb 1931. Art is inspiring it's fragmented and that's just what makes it better as generations pass through. Bits and pieces of old with new thought helped me capture the imagination of the traveler and bring them to Salt Lake City.
Logo design is one of my strengths. I like to sit my clients down and ask them what their brand means to them... then I begin a design. A logo shouldn't just be a name, it should be an attribute of the goal. Worker-Bee's, Sweet Honey and deliberate structure allowed me to come up with this design for Honeycomb Property Management.
Not every cartoon will reach the same demographic. Think Adult Swim. I kept that min mind while coming up with these two infographics for TheMuveGroup.com.

Newsletters are either winners or complete losers. I hardly find myself reading a full newsletter if it doesn't wrap me up and feed me a cup of coffee at the same time. I created a bi-monthly newsletter campaign for Windermere Real Estate-Utah and their 100+ agents. Those who have committed to use it can attest to increased business and personal recognition with in their circles of influence. I compiled information from an important resource *Keeping Current Matters and then edited the language to fit the Wasatch Front area.
I wrote a laundry list of talking points for the Zero Fatalities campaign. These talking points were designed to be delivered during a local news channel story and interview. They were also used for two separate morning shows on KSL.
By far this is my preferred style to write articles, stories and a novel that I will one day write... We all have dreams, don't we? Creative non-fictions allows wiggle room when telling the truth so that the story can be enhanced for full detail effects. I wrote this 25 page article about NAHA 2014 Avante Garde Winner Jake Thompson. I wrote this as I shadowed Jake over a period of 5 months. Jake currently resides in Salt Lake City, Utah.
This xeriscaping May-Term course was submitted to Westminster College proposing specific curriculum to be taught on campus about water wise plants. The proposal was accepted and funded through grant from Energy Solutions.
I wrote featured news stories, reviews, sports articles and one exposé about the Utah Transit Authority. All these pieces were published in print as well served to our online audience.
Although my sports articles garnered most of the attention from outside sources (one of which was picked up by a newspaper out of Seattle, WA) the piece I was most proud of exposed the inaccuracies of The Utah Transit Authority's obligation to operate in a timely manner.
